We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated at the time of order. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company’s depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered, then it is the customer’s responsibility to swiftly collect the goods.
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases but in the event you are not, you can return them within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund your items with proof of purchase or valid gift certificate. Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase. Bespoke designed items are non-refundable and earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
You may return items to us by post. Please pack the item in unused condition in its original packaging and box, include the Returns Form paperwork sent with your purchase, completed and send it back to:

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
