Please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to any purchase. By placing an order or purchasing an item from Stockpin Chic, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Complete satisfaction promise
Stockpin Chic has as its priority your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us by emailing us or writing to Stockpin Chic, Little Gables, Glasllwch Lane, Newport, NP20 3PT, or calling us on 07881 952217 or 07966 763196 within 14 days and return the items to us as soon as possible, with their original packaging and proof of purchase or gift certificate and we will be happy to exchange or refund. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in your possession. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are found to be defective or faulty. Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase. Regrettably, items that are made bespoke cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.
Our standards
All of our jewellery is hand crafted in Great Britain. Stockpin Chic is committed to offering high-quality jewellery and customer satisfaction. All our stocks are made locally and exclusively for Stockpin Chic. We are committed to using British craftsman and women in the manufacture of our goods.
Delivery and customs
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated at the time of order. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company’s depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Making Returns
You can return items within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund your items with proof of purchase or valid gift certificate. Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase. You may return items to us at any of our Show Stands at various venues around the country or you may return the item by post. If returning by post please pack the items in unused condition back in the parcel, include the Returns Form paperwork duly filled in and send it back to: Stockpin Chic, Little Gables, Glasllwch Lane, Newport, NP20 3PT. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you.
Contract for sale or services
In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
You will only own the goods you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods. Goods supplied are not for resale. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Stockpin Chic, which we may make from time to time. Proposed changes to the terms and conditions will be available to view at the time of order or purchase at any of our show stands or on the website.
Cancellations
If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Defective and damaged items
Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
Disclaimer and Liability
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information regarding Stockpin Chic, its products and services from time to time. We will endeavour to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the items we offer for sale, provided to you by us are accurate, but there may be slight variations due to print and publishing limitations. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights (if appropriate) as a consumer.
We shall not be liable to you or in breach of these terms and conditions for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
Once items have been purchased and received they are the sole responsibility of you when using and wearing the items and it is solely at your own risk.
Cool off period
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory on line purchase for up to 14 days.
Legal Governance
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, no part of these terms and conditions are enforceable by anyone who is not a party to them, pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
